Holiday Open House

I have been re-arranging the store for the one hundredth time in preperation of our Open House Saturday. Come see the unvailing of all the new Christmas lines, Yellow Bicycle, BoBunny, and more. There are other Vendors that will be set up in the store so that you can get a start on your Christmas Shopping. You will be able to sign up and view up coming classes with every pre-payment you will receive a discount on your class fee. Refreshments will be served and door prizes given every hour. If you participate in the open house you will also be able to come back and crop for free from 4-midnight, all we ask is that you bring a snack to share. It is finally here a day to honor the scrapbook-er Happy National Scrap book Day to you all.  We will be running some specials in the store today to honor you.  first of all any one who shops with us today will receive a 20% Discount we have lots of new stuff in from Creative Imaginations, Melissa Frances, Yellow Bicycle, Adorn It and much more.  We also have a raffle you can participate in each ticket is $2.00 or you can purchase three for $5.00 the raffle basket is a paper mache' Heart Box full of Embellishments from Bo Bunny valued at $40.00. 

Of Course we are hosting an event and we are so honored to have ladies joining us for this two day event.  Hope you have your tackle boxes all together.  The Fishing report is all systems go. Cant wait to get you all here for loads of food, fun and festivities.  Drink an energy drink on the way.

Haven't blogged in a few days, sorry about that.  We have just received our Melissa Frances order from CHA.  It is very cut lots of neat chipboard book ideas. 

If you have any ideas please share as we are here for our customers and want to make sure you are getting what you need or what might make your life a little bit simpler.  We are now renting Cricut Cartridges.  woohoo.  Thank you Tracie for the question and the idea of this.  Rental fees will be $10.00 for 72 hours worth of rental.  Please see the store for details.

NSB Contest

News just in for our daily fishing report:   reveals a contest category for all those participating and or planning on participating in our First Annual National Scrapbook Event which is being held on April 30th and May 1st.  We do have a few slots still available for those of you who are waiting on a weather report.  The updated predictions state the weather is fine, plenty of laughter and sunshine.      


National Scrapbook Day/Event Contest :
The first category will be a decorated Tiara, this has to be hand crafted, it can not be store bought. You need to be very creative as we will vote on a queen for our first annual National Scrapbook Event.  The prize winnings of this category will include the collection of Queen Bee a most fabulous line from Pink Paislee.  Pull out all those leftover brads, rhinestones, grunge, metal, etc.,etc.,etc....

Happy Tuesday, its lovely weather today great for a fishing trip to Big Mouth Scrappers, we have some new lures to look at they are from PRIMA every one loves Prima.  We received flowers of course, but we got some really cool canvas books, butterflies, and lace trim. 

Still have openings for this friday's crop just $15.00 gets crop time from 6pm to midnight as well as a salad supper this week.  Hope you will call and register with me to join in the fun.

News flash ... Just in all the new 2010 Bazzill Colors as well as Ribbons.  They have a beautiful new line  of Vintage Buttons, they are very blingy.  If thats a word. 

Also in recently is some of Wendy Veachi Stamps and her Make Art srtyle II Be Inspired booklet.

Good morning, its hump day and there's a beautiful crisp breeze in the air.   Im not sure yet if Im going to get anything new today, but we have so many other beautiful things in.  If you haven't been in the store in a while it is worth a trek. 

We are hosting a crop next Firday night on the 16th, we will have a salad supper and would love for you to join in the fun.  Call to register for the crop its a 15.00 crop fee it includes your dinner and crop from 6-midnight.

Hope everyone had a Great Easter weekend. 

Wanted to let you all know that we have gotten a new shipment of stamps from StacyStamps.  Mostly beautiful flowers.  All the new Bazzil paper and ribbons should be arriving Thursday. 

Its not too late to sign up for Saturdays class, it is a beautiful necklace with tri colored wire and beads.  class will be held from 12:00 noon till 3:00 pm call the store to register.
 

It appears that I did get it right, woohoo.

I even had someone read my blog.  Wow the little things in life that make us so happy. 

Had a great crop last night everyone enjoyed the Taco bar as well as some fun catch up time.  The April Calendar is full of great classes.  You can view this from our web page http://www.bigmouthscrappers.com/ and don't forget about National Scrapbook Day we will be hosting a two day event and it is booking up.

And So it Begins

Well I guess I have to start somewhere, so it here it goes.  My first Blog of many I'm sure.  Got to keep up with the times. 

Bummer nothing new came today, what a let down after the deliveries that came while I was in Boston and the early part of the week.  Lots of really neat new stuff in.  If you haven't been in to see the new additions to the store it is quiet a treat.  The new space is already filled up with beautiful product rolling in from CHA from Creative Imaginations to Bo Bunny, Graphic 45, Pink Paislee, SEI, Yellow Bicycle, and of course tons of new Ranger products. 

National Scrapbook Day is vastly approaching and for those of you who do not know we are hosting a two day event this crop will start on Friday April 30th at 6:00 pm and go till midnight, it will include your dinner and prizes.  We will also continue on Saturday at 10:00 for breakfast and Lunch we will wrap up about 4:00 pm, spaces are going fast so don't delay call and register to join in on our food, fun and festivities.
